Every Saturday, 5th July, 2025 to 9th August, 2025

In the delicate years of young adolescence, understanding the profound changes that come with puberty and the nuances of sexuality becomes paramount. It's an era where media and external influences are rampant, often leaving our teenagers with more questions than answers. That's why we've curated a special program, designed to guide teenagers aged 13 to 15 through an enlightening journey of self-discovery and awareness.

About the Program

Our three-week exploration delves into the mysteries of reproduction and sexuality, presented in a therapeutic and academic setting. We aim to foster a space of warmth, respect, and awe, celebrating the miraculous process of life and the wondrous changes our bodies undergo.

  • Puberty and Transformation: Navigating the physical and emotional changes during adolescence with empathy and inclusivity.

  • Nature's Rhythms: Exploring the deep connections between our bodies and the natural world, including the menstrual cycle's link to lunar phases.

  • Inner Universe: Embracing the blend of feminine and masculine energies within, reflecting the complexity and harmony of the universe.

  • Life's Seasons: Appreciating the natural stages of life, fostering respect for the aging process and gratitude for our elders.

Program Structure

Our comprehensive weekend program (over 6 weeks) is thoughtfully designed to engage children for 5 hours each day, offering a blend of movement, academic learning, and creative handwork.

Here's a closer look at the daily schedule:

1. Song & Movement (30 minutes)

We begin each day with half an hour of song and movement—a healthy and potent means for children to connect with themselves and with one another. This time allows them to ground in their own body and mind, preparing gently and joyfully for the work ahead.

2. Academic Learning (1 hour 30 minutes)

In a therapeutic, safe, and non-judgmental environment, children engage in academic pursuits through a blend of listening, discussion, reading, writing, and artistic activities. This session nurtures intellectual curiosity and creative expression in equal measure.

3. Bookwork (45 minutes)

This time is set aside for quiet, focused work—an essential space for self-reflection, assimilation, and independent thinking. Bookwork offers each child the opportunity to consolidate what they’ve absorbed and express it in their own way, whether through writing, drawing, or other forms of creative processing.

4. Reflection & Transition (15 minutes)

Following the main learning sessions, children come together for sharing, reflection, and an expression of gratitude. This practice helps them pause, connect, and transition meaningfully into the next part of the day.

5. Handwork Session (1 hour 30 minutes)

The final segment of the day is devoted to immersive handwork. Children will craft a stuffed human figure doll from scratch—an artistic journey that involves measuring, cutting, stitching, and shaping with care. This hands-on experience builds patience, fine motor skills, and deep satisfaction in creation.

This structured yet dynamic approach ensures a balanced and enriching experience for each child, fostering both intellectual and personal growth.

Why This Program?

Our goal is to instill a deep sense of wonder and reverence for the miracle of life. We believe that by understanding their beginnings, teenagers can cultivate a profound gratitude for their existence and the lineage of ancestors who paved the way for them. This program is an invitation to open heartfelt dialogues within families, breaking the silence on topics often left unspoken and strengthening the bonds between parents and teenagers.

The Outcome

  • Teenagers will emerge with a heightened sense of self-worth, recognizing their significant place in the tapestry of life.

  • A newfound comfort in discussing bodily changes and sexuality, fostering open communication with parents and peers.

  • An environment of empathy and compassion, encouraging understanding and respect for the experiences of others, regardless of gender.

  • A celebration of life's journey, acknowledging the beauty in aging and the wisdom of our elders.
